First Look At The Nike x Sacai Waffle Woven

Nike and Chitose Abe’s sacai continue their productive partnership with another upcoming collaboration. This time, the two brands seem to be cooking up a brand new lifestyle shoe similar to the LDV Waffle we saw debut back in 2019. While the name remains unofficial, the Nike x Sacai Waffle Woven Sneaker boasts true sacai vibes. We can clearly see the double-stacked aesthetics such as the co-branded tongues.

With no official announcements, we can expect both brands to unveil this new shoe in the next few months. Keep an eye out on our social media pages once we hear more details from this shoe.

This new silhouette features a mesh base with woven textile overlays reinforcing the body. Both images only feature the upper but the Swooshes on the sides seem to blend with the woven patterns.

Suede eyestays add a premium touch while the nylon flat laces and stretchy flat laces work in tandem.

The midsole also appears dual-stacked, with the heel looking similar to the Nike Waffle One.

Finishing off the design is none other than the iconic waffle sole invented by Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman.

We’re not sure if this is actually a Waffle One or a new silhouette but the latter seems to be the case with the different upper.
