Here’s When You Can Sink Your Teeth Into the Nike Book 1 “Rattlesnake”

After checking out the “Haven” and the “Hike” earlier this year, the Nike Book 1 “Rattlesnake” is the next Book 1 colourway to look out for. Made in partnership with Phoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker, this ultra clean sneaker comes with an exotic twist that’s sure to turn heads.

Crafted from a premium leather construction, this Book 1 is painted in a pristine “White” colour scheme that’s perfect for the warm weather ahead. Perforated panelling features around the ankle and tongue for added ventilation, while complementary cotton laces tie everything together.

Across the lateral and medial sidewalls, you’ll find a pair of reptilian Nike Swooshes that give the sneaker its name. Around the back, the multi-layered pull tab has been designed to resemble a book, and it’s debossed with the number “96” and “Chapter One” in “Burnt Sunrise,” representing the talented basketball player’s birth year and the fact that this is the only the beginning of a brand new partnership. All of this then rests on top of a Cushlon 2.0 foam midsole for unbeatable comfort and cushioning both on and off the court.
