Introducing the The Nike Air Max 95 “Pollen Rise” CV0033-127

The Nike Air Max 95 is one of the most iconic sneakers in history. Back in 2020, the Sergio Lozano masterpiece celebrated its 25th anniversary and saw regional-exclusive colourways of the classic silhouette. The Nike Air Max 95 “Pollen Rise” is one of these exclusive colourways, limited to South Korea only.

The shoe looks like a clean and simple colourway of the AM95 at first glance. But packed together with the trainer are Velcro patches featuring various Swoosh designs and even an Air Max branding. These patches can be placed all over the fuzzy fabrics on the upper.

Air Max 95 “Pollen Rise” Detailed Look

Inspired by the Forsythia koreana, or Korean goldenbell flower, the Air Max 95 “Pollen Rise” arrives in a White mesh base with hints of Yellow and Orange on the wavy side panels. The mini Swoosh on the rear also comes in Orange. Three attachable Swooshes in different sizes and colours arrive together with the rest of the shoe. The most notable design is the oversized Swoosh filled with Korean goldenbell flowers.

Black lining, eyestays, and laces bring a livelier vibe to the shoe.

Missing from this shoe are the Air Max labels on the tongue; they are part of the attachable Velcro patches for a customisable look.

The white foam midsole houses the heel and forefoot Air Max setup. Blue makes up the pillars on the forefoot while Green comprises the air bag on the heel.

Finishing the design is the Black waffle outsole. An image of a Forsythia flower appears on the cored-out midfoot shank, with AM95 and 02SEL details.

The Nike Air Max 95 “Pollen Rise” came out back in March 2020 as part of the Nike Air Max 95 25th anniversary celebration. Only released on South Korea’s SNKRS App, your best bet is to cop a pair on StockX.
