The Three Stripes takes another trip to the future with this one! This new adidas Originals model collides the 90s with modernity for a striking look. With the adidas Ozelia “Triple Black”, stealthy all-black trainers still stand out even when it’s supposed to be subtle!

Ever since the “dad shoe” trend began, bulky and sporty shoes never disappeared from the sneaker radar. Fast-paced aesthetics matched with the brand’s iconic three stripes turned this into a bestseller.

Embedded from the 90s performance trainers, the adidas Ozelia does sport a rather sporty look. Curves and lines all over the upper complement the low-top construction of the shoe. This bold and sophisticated design attributes the revolutionary and experimental era of the previous decades.

Featuring a combination of textile and suede, the adidas Ozelia also boasts at least 25% recycled content. This is possible as adidas uses scraps from production waste to lessen the environmental impact caused by producing new materials. Distinct lines and slanting designs mimic the diagonal Three Stripes on the sides.

A raised heel panel adds comfort to the ankle and also improves the overall fit on the rear.

Truly a nod to the 90s, the adiPRENE midsole provides decent cushioning and impact protection. An anatomical traction pattern highlights huge similarities to the brand’s Feet You Wear technology in the 1990s.

The adidas Ozelia “Triple Black” boasts an all-black makeover. Despite its stealthy approach, we can’t help but notice and admire the unique build of the shoe. Introduced in 2021, the adidas Ozelia is now available on the adidas UK website, as well as select retailers worldwide. Expect a plethora of colourways as the new year rolls out.
