Nike Air Max 90 "Black / Sport Red / White"

A new season means that a new Air Max 90 colourway arrives as the end of the year approaches. This Nike Air Max 90 “Black / Sport Red / White” appears in a beloved makeover to make up for one stylish Air Max sneaker. Believe it or not, these aren’t a collab even though it looks like it.

The Nike Air Max 90 came out in 1990 and had a different name, the Air Max III. But Nike decided to change it to 90 in reference to its year of release. It’s also marketed as a running trainer, which enticed a lot of people because of its unique, bulky look. With Nike’s Air Max technology, the brand’s trademarked cushioning system, the AM90 boasted modernity. The model sported a visible Nike Air Max unit in the heel, which is what it’s known for.

Still going strong more than 30 years later, Nike’s Air Max 90 remains one of the best-selling silhouettes in the lifestyle category.

This new colourway appears in a blacked-out upper comprised of rip-stop mesh, nubuck overlays, and leather side panels. Sport Red adorns the Air Max labels on the sides, the heel, and the Swoosh logo on the front. White accents grace the tongue and the Nike branding on the TPU heel panel to go along with the white laces.

Due to its updated materials, sources claimed that this Air Max 90’s ready-equipped for the upcoming winter season.

Finishing the design is the see-through heel Air Max unit and Nike’s classic waffle outsole that arrives in black.

It’s highly similar to Nike’s Air Max 90 collabs because of its black and white colour schemes.

Released in late September 2021, the Nike Air Max 90 “Black / Sport Red / White” is now available on the Nike website and select retailers worldwide.
