The Nike Air Force 1 40th anniversary celebration may be over, but the flurry of awesome releases is never done! A new year calls for a new set of AMBUSH Nike AF1 Lows. And Yoon Ahn perfectly delivers her masterpiece yet again.

Ageing like fine wine, the Nike Air Force 1 already has 40 years under its belt but the shoe keeps on getting better! Nike never runs out of ideas when it comes to classic trainers like this one! Originally introduced in 1982, the Nike AF1 first launched as a basketball shoe.

When modern basketball styles arrived, Nike decided to cease production of the shoe. However, enough fans convinced Nike to bring back the Air Force 1, and thus the comeback happened in 1986. Since then, the Nike AF1 never looked back and went on to become a classic lifestyle shoe.

The AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Phantom” features a Phantom leather construction with Black rubber outsoles. Yoon Ahn made the Swooshes overlap, giving it that extra horn on the rear.

AMBUSH labels adorn the tongue and rubber heel counter. Large AF1 lace dubraes complete the extravagant makeover.
