Award-winning American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish returns with another monochromatic Air Force 1 High collab with the Swoosh brand. The longtime Jordan Brand ambassador teamed up with Nike for another take on the 1985 classic trainer. This Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 High “Sequoia” follows up on the “Mushroom” pair with multiple straps in a military-like fashion.

Billie Eilish has one of the most unconventional sneaker designs headlined by monochromatic makeovers with subtle details. That’s exactly why she remains a well-admired personality in music and fashion. Her latest rendition of the Air Force 1 High looks to have a Low counterpart just like the “Mushroom” editions. With her current 2022 world tour garnering much success, expect even more Billie Eilish sneaker collabs with Nike and Jordan Brand soon.

No wonder the Air Force 1 is still famous after all these years. Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2022, the AF1 traversed uncertain paths before becoming the beloved sneaker we know today.

Initially released in 1982, the Nike Air Force 1 became the staple basketball shoe of the NBA’s biggest athletes. Come 1984, Nike decided to cease production of the shoe. Thanks to the persuasion of avid AF1 fans from Baltimore, the AF1 returned to the market in 1986 and continued to release in new colourways since then.

This Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 High “Sequoia” features a monochromatic approach in Sequoia Green. Five midfoot Velcro straps add to the unique design of the shoe. Subtle Billie Eilish logos appear on the Metallic Silver lace dubrae and sockliners.

The shoe pretty much looks like the military-inspired Air Force 1 Boot with the straps and all.
