Reebok Club C Legacy x Keith Haring "Instinct Red"

A tennis classic from the 80s remains iconic in the present day. The Reebok Club C Legacy is one of Reebok’s most popular trainers, now the model is back for more brand new iterations. This Reebok Club C Legacy “Instinct Red” x Keith Haring collab features the late artist’s artwork in 1990.

The Reebok Club C arrived in 1985. The perfect era for the shoe to come out as tennis continued to rise in popularity during that decade. Reebok just launched the Phase 1 a year before. But the Reebok Club C (Champion) was aimed to be something bigger, something much more than just a tennis trainer.

Featuring a leather upper, the Reebok Club C also provided a removable expanded urethane arch support system. The molded rubber midsole and the diamond traction pattern on the outsole made the shoe a staple footwear pick for everyday life.

Because of its insane popularity, the Reebok Club C released multiple times during the course of its debut. Various models also came out to cater to everybody hoping for a little twist.

The Reebok Club C Legacy returns as a homage to the original silhouette from the 80s. It’s true to OG form to give you the same premium quality that you would expect for a top-tier tennis trainer.

This Reebok Club C collaboration with late and great American pop artist Keith Haring features his “Three Eyed Smiling Face” artwork from 1990. Red and White make up the majority of the upper. Haring’s Three Eyed Smiling Face imprint appears on the lateral sides.

More Keith Haring details adorn the tongue as his signature and faceless human figures surround the Reebok Classic logo.

The shoe is just one of many Reebok x Keith Haring models in the collab. Expect a release in late October 2021 on the Reebok UK website and select retailers.
