Converse retained the DNA of the original Chucks but took them to the next level!

Modifying the Chuck Taylor shoe is nothing new for Converse. We all remember the updated hybrids and revamped aesthetics of the shoe in the past decade. The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Construct first launched in early 2023 as a new lifestyle shoe.

Inspired by the 80s basketball sneakers, the shoe features supportive upper overlays on the forefoot. The canvas construction remains intact, but now with more stitching around the eyestays and ankle.

Another improvement is the rubber cupsole which rides taller than the normal vulcanised sole of Chucks. Herringbone traction patterns comprise the outsole for reliable grip.

This Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Construct “Roasted” features a Light Brown cotton canvas base. The laces and the rubber sole comes in Sail White to complement the neutral tones.

Black round Converse patches on the medial side stick true to form.
