The New Balance 990x series is one of the most popular footwear lines from the Boston-based brand. With the 990’s debut in 1982, some would think that the successor would arrive sooner rather than later. The New Balance 990v2 arrived in 1998, 16 years since the first version came out. This is not totally a bad thing as a lot of other models emerged throughout the years.

Sticking true to 990 DNA, the 990v2 is a low-top running shoe with premium materials of mesh and suede overlays. ABZORB foam cushioning comprises the thick midsole for adequate impact protection and comfort.

This New Balance 990v2 Made in USA “Brown Tan” features a White mesh base with Tan and Brown suede overlays. Tan makes up the toe mudguard while different shades of Brown adorn the midfoot and the heel.

Sail White tones comprise the laces, tongue, and midsole.

This pair launches along with the rest of the Made in USA Season 2 collection this April 2023.
