Just like Action Bronson himself, his new New Balance sneaker has a little bit of everything! The rapper, songwriter, chef, and wrestler rocked this shoe in his AEW debut last September 2022. Now, his first New Balance collab finally launches this month. The New Balance 990v6 x Action Bronson “Baklava” goes all out with loud colours along with Mr. Baklava signature details. This is just the first of two upcoming Action Bronson x New Balance 990v6 releases.

The New Balance 990v6 may be the latest in the series but the brand wasted no time giving it a collab. Action Bronson makes sure to stand out and catch attention as he ventures into sneakers with this partnership.

New Balance debuted the 6th version of the 990x series, and this newcomer is already making waves! The brand officially released the shoe in late 2022 after years of rumours. While it’s a rather modern trainer, the 990v6 shares similarities with its predecessors.

Mesh makes up the upper of the shoe, while suede comprises the mudguard and midfoot overlays. Iconic N logos on the sides plus the signature New Balance branding on the tongue remain.

The biggest upgrade on the 990v6 is probably the cushioning. ENCAP combined with FuelCell comprises the midsole for a bouncy and comfortable ride.

This New Balance 990v6 x Action Bronson “Baklava” features a Neon Green mesh base with a Brown suede mudguard. Tan and Grey synthetic leather forms the midfoot overlays while hints of Orange and Purple adorn the heel panel. Laces come in a tonal combination of Pink and Purple.

Baklava 990v6 labels complete the tongue.

The foam midsole features Blue tones to keep the vibrance shining all throughout.
