Even the late and great Steve Jobs knew which New Balance shoe to rock. The “dad shoe” era may have come and gone. But this New Balance Made in USA 992 “Grey” remains trendy and classy! The second iconic model from the New Balance 99x Series returns in a colour combination that made this trend popular. To entice you even more, this premium build of a sneaker is manufactured in the USA as well!

The New Balance 99X Series dates back to 1982, where the New Balance 990 became the brand’s premier running trainer. Two more models arrived in 1998 and 2001 to continue the advanced technology that the series boasts. And in 2006, the New Balance 992 debuted just in time to celebrate the brand’s 100th anniversary.

Sporting a mesh base upper, the New Balance 992 flaunts premium suede overlays for a well-structured look. New Balance’s signature “N” logo adorns the side panels. More New Balance 992 labels are placed on the tongue and the rear.

ABZORB cushioning makes a return in the form of a chunky midsole. Varying densities and an exposed portion in the forefoot made it a delightful experience. Because of its positive reception, ABZORB technology continued to become a mainstay on most New Balance running silhouettes.

Finishing it off is the durable rubber outsole featuring “NDurance” which ensures durability and a solid grip.

The highly recognizable New Balance 992 Made in USA “Grey” returns in an OG makeover. Light and dark tones of grey emblazon the mesh and suede combo on the upper. Metallic Silver highlights on the “N” and the heel make up for the already premium aesthetic of this 992.

White and beige accents bridge the dual-density ABZORB foam midsole to stick to the original version.
