The story of the Nike Air Force 1 began 40 years ago way back in 1982. Long before the shoe was a popular lifestyle shoe, the AF1 graced basketball courts as a staple hoop shoe. The Nike Air Force 1 is the first basketball shoe to feature Nike Air technology. This is why it’s so comfortable on-feet. Much to the delight of hoopers from the 80s and sneakerheads in the modern era.

After a hiatus in 1984, the AF1 returned in 1986 and went on to become one of Nike’s best-selling sneakers of all time.

This Nike Air Force 1 Low “Colour of the Month White Chocolate” celebrates the Color of the Month series back in 1984. The shoe features a crisp White leather upper with Chocolate Brown Swooshes, Nike labels, and outsole. A golden “Anniversary Edition” label appears just below the Nike Air on the tongue.
