2022 serves as the 35th anniversary of the Nike Air Max technology, which means we’re up for something big! Nike has a lot of surprises in-store as we celebrate Air Max Month 2022 in March. The handful of Nike Air Max 90 Terrascape releases is just part of this glorious milestone; and we’re already getting fire colourways such as this “Hot Curry / Fuel Orange” iteration.

Born in 1990, the Air Max 90 was a fresh sight to all Nike running fans. The arrival of the Nike Air Max 1 three years back set the brand in a whole new direction. Decades later, that direction remains clear and straight; just like the massive success that the Air Max 90 gathered over the years.

The AM90 features a lightweight mesh base with overlays varying from leather, suede, and textile depending on the colourway. A leather mudguard reinforces the shoe and adds stability.

Below, A full-length foam with TPU columns houses a visible Air Max unit in the heel for maximum comfort and cushioning.

The waffle traction pattern sticks to Nike’s running heritage.

For 2022, the Nike Air Max Terrascape is the more sustainable revamp of the OG. Recycled materials such as the Crater Foam and Grind Rubber make up most portions of the shoe.

This Nike Air Max 90 Terrascape “Hot Curry / Fuel Orange” comes with a Pearl White rip-stop mesh upper highlighted with Orange hues on the nylon Swoosh, heel panel, and internal foam midsole. Because of the complimenting mix of orange hues, the shoe poses a vibrant approach all throughout.
