This Nike Air Max 97 “Kiss My Airs” 2023 combines various popular colour schemes found on the Air Max 1, 95, and 97. It’s like you get all three pairs in one shoe!

Air Max Day 2023 in March just got even better as we get a glimpse of the roster ahead of the celebration. Aside from the expected Nike Air Max 1 drops, we also have other iconic pairs lined up throughout the month! The Nike Air Max 97 returns with a brand new colourway after celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2022.

The Nike Air Max 97 is one of the most popular sneakers of all time. Designed by Christian Tresser, the AM97 based its design on water ripples and Japanese bullet trains. The result is a sleek low-top shoe with wavy panels on the mesh and leather upper.

The first full-length Air Max unit made its debut on the Air Max 97. It provides a higher ride but also gives you tons of cushioning and responsiveness.

The outsole appears in the usual waffle traction pattern, Bill Bowerman’s signature sneaker invention was way ahead of its time!

This Nike Air Max 97 “Kiss My Airs” 2023 features a Metallic Silver mesh and leather base with Safari mudguards. Neon Swooshes resemble the Air Max 95.

Kiss My Airs branding appear on the lateral panel near the heel.

The visible Air Max pillars come in a gradient effect of Neon to Infrared. This is a possible tribute to the Air Max 95 and 90, two revolutionary Air Max shoes.
