Another exciting Air Max BW colourway awaits all Air Max fans! This Nike Air Max BW “Sport Red” sticks to the legendary White/Black/Red makeover similar to the Fire Red colour scheme! A worthy addition to the Fire Red roster of Air Jordans 4, 5, and of course, the J3 which is releasing in OG “Fire Red” form in 2022.

Most Nike Air Max BW releases in recent memory are always a hit! But this upcoming “Sport Red” rendition for 2022 will definitely take the cake among new flavours. The colours appear all in the right places – absolutely a must-cop pair once we get the official launch soon.

The shoe just recently celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2021 and fire colourways just keep on coming in the following year. First part of Nike’s International Series, the Nike Air Max BW was widely considered as the successor to the iconic Air Max 90.

Legendary designer Tinker Hatfield looked for a different angle that could still capture people’s attention. After the success of the AM90, high expectations grew stronger for the upcoming 1991 model. And so Tinker utilised the same Air unit from the AM90, but enlarged its window; thus the name BW which stands for ‘Big Window’.

Mesh makes up the base, while leather and suede overlays and mudguards add durability and stability to the low-top build. Large rubber Swooshes adorn the sides in a way that’s just as big as the windows.

More Nike and Air Max labels complete the heel and tongue.

This Nike Air Max BW “Sport Red” arrives in an all-white body with hints of black on the mudguard, outsole, and heel. Sport Red elements hit the Swoosh, tongue, ankle collar, and the PU sole surrounding the heel Air unit.

Another highly anticipated Air Max BW is upon us, expect an official launch in 2022.
