Nike Air Max TW "Red Clay" DQ3984-002

Nikes continues to roll out even more colourways of the new hybrid Air Max TW silhouette. Combining design aspects from two all-time Air Max greats, this shoe incorporates a different Air unit of its own. The Nike Air Max TW “Red Clay” lands in Light Bone and Red pigments to join the Fall Air Max releases.

It’s not every day we get a new Air Max shoe. That’s why the new Air Max TW is a welcome sight to new sneakerheads looking to get into Air Max. This new silhouette mixes the Air Max Tailwind and the Air Max Plus for a modern retro vibe.

Most hybrid sneaker models usually become subject to divided opinions from fans due for various reasons. But the Nike Air Max TW looks to prove people wrong as it makes a statement in 2022. Featuring notable aesthetics from the Nike Air Max Tailwind and Air Max Plus, aggressive lines and curves make up the mesh upper of the shoe.

The mini Swoosh appears on the forefoot, with classic Nike Air labels on the heel. Air Max TW logos on the tongue resemble Tuned Air.

EVA, Cushlon, and Air Max comprise the packed cushioning systems of the Air Max TW. The standard foam makes up the front, while Cushlon appears on the rear. Underneath the Cushlon foam is a honeycomb Air Max unit first seen on the Nike Air Max 2021.

This Nike Air Max TW “Red Clay” features Light Bone overlays with Red Clay accents on the lines on the upper. White midsoles and Black outsoles complete the clean and simple colour combination of this new model.
