The Nike Blazer Low ’77 Jumbo WMNS “White / Sail Black” goes for a classic approach headlined by “enlarged” updates. Definitely the true meaning of past meets present.
The Jumbo version is the latest rendition of the iconic Nike Blazer. Using the same build of the shoe, the Blazer Low Jumbo boasts exaggerated details, overlapping layers, and an exposed lining. Sneakerheads see a lot of Off-White details thanks to the deconstructed look of the shoe alone.
Long before Air Force 1s, Nike Dunks, and Jordans were a thing, Nike caught attention in the basketball scene with the Nike Bruin and Nike Blazer. Both trainers eventually became staple footwear options for everyday use. Even becoming part of the Nike SB back catalogue by the 2000s.
The Nike Blazer features a crisp leather upper with suede reinforcements right on the toe. Small perforations on the sides accompany the trainer’s ventilation. Large Swooshes on the sides stood out the most as the Blazer came in Mid and Low versions.
The Nike Blazer Low ’77 Jumbo takes things to the next level with an oversized Swoosh that also occupies the rubber midsole. Large and exposed stitchings cover the overlapping layers on the forefoot and eyestay.
This Nike Blazer Low ’77 Jumbo WMNS “White / Sail Black” features an all-white leather base with grey suede panels on the toe and heel. An enlarged black Swoosh appears on the midfoot in familiar fashion.
A vintage “NIKE” adorns the heel, while an exposed foam gives a nod to Nike’s old-school heritage. A volt detailing on the tongue adds a vibrant touch.
The Sail White rubber sole completes the shoe.
