This may not be the White / Black Nike Dunk we have in mind, but we’re not complaining either! The Nike Dunk High Retro SE “White / Black Camo” boasts subtle updates on the tongue and the rear for a clean finish. A lot of Dunk Highs coming out in fire colourways lately, including this of course!
While the Panda or Black/White Dunks remain as a top-seller, new styles also arrive using the two classic colours. This specific rendition boasts a subtle camo pattern on the rear which reflects under the right lighting conditions. As well as a grid pattern on the tongue.
The Nike Dunk arrived in 1985 and became the top footwear option among college ballers. With Nike’s “Be True To Your School” campaign, the shoe saw more publicity as teams rocked two-tone Dunks in their school colours. Later on, two-tone Dunks became the most popular colour combination of the shoe.
Featuring leather and a rubber sole, the Nike Dunk may look simple for most; but the simplicity made the shoe easy to style with just about every outfit. Sneakerheads and non-sneakerheads alike joined the Dunk wave in recent years – which leveraged its popularity even more.
New versions brought the 1985 classic trainer back for the modern era, and it’s not stopping anytime soon.
This Nike Dunk High Retro SE “White / Black Camo” features an all-white leather upper up-front. While touches of Black hit the Swooshes, rear ankle collar, lining, and outsole. While it may not be in the two-tone colour blocking, subtle details such as the camo pattern on the rear and grid tongue add new features to the shoe.
Another expected hit classic, it’s available now on the Nike website.
