Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 2 Grey / Wild Berry

The arrival of Nike’s proprietary foam “React” completely changed performance footwear releases from the brand. The old tech which was named “Lunarlon” having been phased out, “React” looks to succeed the brand’s previous cushioning system. Since 2017, “React” has been utilised on just about every Nike sneaker. From sportswear to lifestyle, it just provides a really comfortable ride. It’s no different here with the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit!

“React” is a super responsive and bouncy cushioning system that lasts longer than any foam ever dropped by the Swoosh. It’s also incredibly light, meaning its probably here for the long term.

The foam is a combination of TPE (Thermoplastic elastomer) and EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) which are the components responsible for its softness and durability.

Nike’s running footwear has used “React” since the inception of the latest tech. The Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit is one of the brand’s top sellers when it comes to this feature.

Taking the best aspects from the initial Nike React Infinity Run this second edition improves on the trainer’s overall fit and structure. Fly wire and a padded ankle collar are amongst the most notable additions. The Flyknit upper has also been padded with multiple layers of knit to keep the build intact and prevent the shoe from becoming loose over time.

The full-length React foam midsole, rigid heel clip and wavy traction outsole remain unchanged.

Released in July 2021 this fresh new colourway of the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 2 appears in Grey, Wild Berry, and Volt. The grey Flyknit upper makes up most of the body of the shoe. While the Swoosh and the tongue appear in Volt. Wild Berry accents make up the heel counter, while contrasting themes of dark and vibrant complement one other.

The shoe is finished off with a white full-length React foam and black rubber outsole.
