Nike’s back for more safari-inspired colourways! But this is unlike the safari pairs we’ve seen before as Nike combines two elements of wildlife on this one. This Nike Waffle One SE “Safari” showcases the wildlife with leopard skin graphics and faux croc skin overlays. The theme makes it feel more immersive with the mix of White and Olive Green tones!

Nike always welcomes new ideas when it comes to introducing new colourways to their kicks. We saw that the launch colourways first appeared in minimalist aesthetics, but Nike Waffle One pairs like this one now appear in “wild” makeovers.

Nike pays tribute to the brand’s beginnings with the Nike Waffle One. Officially released in 2021, the shoe combines retro features with a modern feel. The Waffle One features a transparent mesh upper with an internal layer as reinforcement. Leather or suede makes up the mudguard and varies per colourway.

The asymmetrical tongue gives the shoe a more modern feel and also improves the fit of the low-cut shoe.

The soft foam midsole provides enough cushioning and responsiveness for all-day activties.

A waffle rubber outsole completes the vintage design of the shoe.

This Nike Waffle One SE “Safari” features a White mesh base with hints of Olive Green and Black. The Black Swoosh boasts a luxurious faux croc-skin texture, complementing the leopard print on the heel.

Olive Green pigments make up the eyestay and stacked heel counter.
