The Action Bronson x New Balance 2811 is Made to Stand Out

Whenever a new Action Bronson sneaker collaboration appears, we already know it’s going to be bold and attention-grabbing. That’s exactly what the Action Bronson x New Balance 2811 “Baklava” had in mind, making its colours work through layers.

In the upcoming “Clear Sky/Limelight” and “Amaranth/Limoges” editions, translucent panels let the mesh beneath remain visible, giving each palette more depth than a straightforward arrangement of coloured leather. The appeal lies in how the materials overlap: bright, busy and deliberately difficult to overlook.

The 2811 marks a significant step in Bronson’s relationship with New Balance. His first signature sneaker pairs an original upper with the sole unit of the New Balance 2010, moving his involvement beyond choosing colours for an existing model. These latest versions follow the debut “Mikročpske” and subsequent “Blackjacques” and “The Whisperer” releases, expanding a silhouette already built around his expressive approach to footwear.

Light blue mesh and neon green overlays give this pair its immediate impact, while black leather around the toe provides a darker border. Deep blue stitching draws attention to the open mesh, and wavy leather panels carry that blue along the lower sides. The translucent green structure and matching N logos keep the underlying textures visible. Together, those choices create a layered runner whose sharpest contrast comes from the fluorescent green against the softer blue.

Purple leather sits over lighter purple mesh, with maroon stitching adding another shade around the toe. Translucent blue side panels and N logos interrupt that purple base, while a teal leather tongue introduces a brighter focal point. Its colours feel more closely grouped than those of “Clear Sky/Limelight”, although the blue overlays still give it a pronounced contrast. Both versions carry Baklava branding, tying their different palettes to the same design identity.

Both colourways are expected during Holiday 2026, with no exact drop date confirmed. Expected stockists include Bronson’s webstore, New Balance and selected retailers.
