The Air Jordan 1 Low “UNC” is Finally Re-Releasing

Back in the summer 2020, Nike and Jordan Brand took the wraps off of the Air Jordan 1 Low “UNC.” Inspired by Michael Jordan’s alma mater, it was regarded by many as one of the best colourways to ever hit the low-top silhouette. If you didn’t manage to secure your size four years ago, you may be in luck, as it’s officially making a comeback.

Crafted from an all-leather construction that’s smooth and sleek to the touch, this Air Jordan 1 Low works on top of a crisp “White” base and is contrasted by “University Blue” overlays throughout. It’s a timeless look and the perfect tribute to the University of North Carolina.

A Swoosh glides across the lateral and medial sidewalls, while a Jumpman logo and winged basketball emblem is stitched on the tongue and heel, respectively. All of this sits on top of an Air-infused midsole for unbelievable comfort and cushioning, and the trainer is then finished off with “23”-branded laces that nod to MJ’s signature jersey number.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “UNC” retains the essence that made the original colourway so sought after. Expected to drop sometime in Autumn 2024, make sure to keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to cop.
