The Andrew Reynolds x New Balance Numeric 933 is a Dad Shoe for Skaters

The Andrew Reynolds x New Balance Numeric 933 is here. Designed in collaboration with skate legend Andrew “The Boss” Reynolds, this brand new silhouette combines the vintage aesthetic of the 99X series with modern cushioning technology, resulting in a sneaker that blends the best of both worlds.

At first glance, the 933 bears a striking resemblance to the iconic 993. From the materials to the composition to the overall design, it’s clear that it borrows a detail or two from the grail-worthy trainer. With that said, it has now been redesigned for real skate use. The ABZORB cushioning keeps impact soft, while the grippy NDurance rubber outsole has been designed to keep you on your feet. Like the Nike SB Dunk, the tongue has also been beefed up for added comfort, and the ankle section is now chunkier for unrivalled support.

Co-branding is stamped on the tongue, and under the insole, you’ll find the early prototype code “8055” – a clever nod to Reynolds’ long-time nickname. On the heel of select pairs, a cloud drawing from his daughter adds a personal touch, and all of this comes packed in a limited edition New Balance shoebox that was made exclusively for this collaboration.

The Andrew Reynolds x New Balance Numeric 933 has been revealed in four initial colourways including “Wheat,” “Black,” “Olive,” and “Grey Day.” Set to drop on April 25th, let us know which colourway you’re feeling the most, and be sure to keep it locked for your best chance to secure your size!
