Official Photos: Zion Williamson Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Voodoo”

New Orleans Pelicans superstar Zion Williamson follows up on the release of his signature basketball shoe with another “Voodoo” theme. Inspired by voodoo traditions and culture, this Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Voodoo” goes all out with the details. Reverse logos, voodoo doll motifs, and unique stitching headline this special Air Jordan 1 Low OG colourway.

The Jordan Zion 2 “Voodoo” already dropped, but this pair will be arriving in Holiday 2022. With that said, let’s first check out the official images of this Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Voodoo”. It would be more appropriate if we actually get this before Halloween as it fits the theme. Either way, this is one of the most unique colourways of the Air Jordan 1 Low yet!

The shoe combines hemp, canvas, and suede for a more authentic look. Both pairs have alternating colourways of Fauna Brown, Oil Green, and Sesame. The toe on the left pair features Brown, while the other comes in Green.

The forefoot panel boasts an embroidered mini reverse Swoosh. Nike labels on the tongue and the Jordan Wings logo on the heel appear in upside-down format, a reference to voodoo traditions.

Exaggerated external stitching on the Swooshes mimics stitching on the voodoo dolls, more voodoo themes appear on the sockliner. The vamp features cross perforations, another subtle nod to the appearance of voodoo dolls.

Embroidered skulls with buttons as an eye adorn the rear.

A Sail White midsole and a Gum rubber outsole finish off this extremely detailed sneaker.

Stay tuned for its expected release this Holiday 2022. Definitely a huge change from the usual two-tone colour schemes of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG.
