The late Kobe Bryant will always be one of the greatest basketball players in history. To celebrate his life and legacy, Nike has taken the wraps off the all-new Kobe Bryant x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Black.” And while it looks like one of the nicest looking sneakers of the year, it also happens to be one of the rarest, too.

Drawing inspiration from the LA Lakers’ legendary “Hollywood Nights” jersey, this Air Force 1 boasts a premium black leather upper that’s debossed with Bryant’s iconic sheath logo throughout. Yellow and purple accents hit the tongue tag and Swoosh as a nod to his beloved team, and reflective details have also been added so you can really flex these in low light conditions.

To add to this, the number “8” has been embroidered on the left back tab, and more Kobe-specific branding hits the right. All of this then rests on top of a blacked-out Nike Air midsole, and it comes packed in a minimalist box that captures the essence of Kobe’s Mamba Mentality.
