For years, DTLR has been one of New Balance‘s most creative collaborators. From fire safety signs to sweet gelato, the Baltimore-based boutique gets inspiration from some of the most unexpected everyday objects. But for the upcoming DTLR x New Balance 1906R “Moon Sign,” it’s shooting through the clouds and into deep space with one of its most futuristic sneakers to date.

Working on top of a crisp white mesh base, DTLR’s take on the 1906R is overlaid by silver synthetic leather throughout. The deep blues and cyans symbolise water and air elements, while the red is inspired by fire. Across the sides, you’ll find the legendary “N” logo that’s dipped in yellow for a look that’s sure to turn heads, and just in case that wasn’t eye-catching enough already, the brand has added a gradient midsole that’s unlike anything else out there. This is infused with N-ERGY and ABZORB tech for a soft and comfortable ride.
