After months of quiet anticipation, the AURALEE x New Balance 475 has finally arrived. First previewed on the runways of Paris Fashion Week last June, the collection has now been revealed as part of New Balance‘s Grey Days celebrations. Unwrapped in two colour combos including “Grey” and “Aloe Wash”, they’re both hyped without trying too hard to shout about it.

The “Grey” edition is inspired by the archives. Faded overlays, a yellowed sole, and soft panelling give it that well-worn character AURALEE fans have come to expect. It feels familiar – almost like it’s always existed. The “Aloe Wash” pair, on the other hand, leans into warmth, with golden undertones that echo previous collaborations such as the RC30 and WRPD Runner. Neither pair relies on bold branding or gimmicks. Instead, they keep things understated, letting the materials and tonal shifts carry the look.

Underneath the design cues, the build remains true to New Balance’s roots. A well-cushioned midsole, supportive heel construction, and retro tread layout offer everyday wearability. It’s not built to impress on paper – it just works. And that’s the point.
