Nike Dunk Low “Panda Picante Red” Heats Up the Panda Theme.

The Panda Dunk wave isn’t over just yet. Nike is giving the Panda theme a spicy new twist with the Dunk Low “Picante Red”, a bold rework built to celebrate 40 years of the silhouette that won’t stay quiet. Whilst we were teased with a GS colourway last week, this one’s confirmed to drop in larger sizing.

This special edition flips the usual leather formula with a wild, textured makeover. The upper comes fully dressed in hairy faux suede, burning hot in Picante Red with Light British Tan and pinkish accents.

It’s a louder, fuzzier take that leans all the way into the panda theme—with an actual panda face hangtag and embroidered logo tucked beneath the tongue label. The usual Nike branding on the heel takes a backseat to the commemorative “Est. 1985” callout, grounding this wild concept in Dunk history.

Unlike the crisp white-and-black Pandas that swarmed streets in recent years, this pair goes full character. The materials feel fuzzy and chaotic all at once, built for those tired of clean and craving something more raw.

Whether it’s a collector’s add-on or a tongue-in-cheek nod to what the Dunk has become, the “Picante Red Panda” doesn’t sit on the fence. It’s strange, fuzzy, and unapologetically loud, and that’s the point, completley different to the standard black and white edition we all know.

No specific release date yet, let us know if you’ll be adding these to your rotation, and be sure to keep it locked for your best chance to secure your size!
