In a surprising move, A Ma Maniére is stepping away from the retro Jordan playbook in its latest sneaker collaboration. Tapping Nike for the Pegasus Premium, James Whitner’s imprint proves it can shift weight in the modern running space. The project, titled “Timing Is Everything,” is a brand-new campaign rooted in Black love, wellness, and community.

The pack lands in two contrasting colourways: Black/Burgundy Crush and Summit White/Metallic Silver. Both pairs feature the boutique’s signature vintage treatment with faded Alabaster midsoles that look like they already have miles on them.

The design details separate this release from mainline drops. Metallic silver Swooshes cut across the lightweight engineered mesh and suede uppers, while reflective AMA logos handle the branding. The darker Burgundy Crush option leans heavy and grounded, whereas the Summit White iteration strips the aesthetic right back for a cleaner finish.

Under the luxury finish, the engine remains fully intact. Nike’s triple-stacked midsole does the heavy lifting. A full-length, sculpted Air Zoom unit sits sandwiched between ZoomX and ReactX foam, keeping the silhouette’s core running mechanics.
