Another colourway of the Carhartt WIP x Nike Air Max Goadome Low has emerged following a preview of the “Light British Tan” edition. Deep olive leather and dark canvas give the Carhartt WIP x Nike Air Max Goadome Low “Twilight Marsh” its identity. The latest images reveal a darker, more textured shoe than early mock-ups suggested, with layered panels and small metal details bringing definition to the muted palette. It is a fitting choice for Carhartt WIP’s first Nike collaboration since 2018.

The most interesting change sits along the sides. Carhartt WIP interrupts the leather exterior with a recessed canvas section, crossed by curved stitching reminiscent of the Air Max Tailwind 4. That detail introduces a running-shoe reference without disturbing the Goadome’s heavier proportions. An extended mudguard adds another layer around the upper, giving the olive leather a stronger outline against the dark textile beneath.

Metal hardware provides contrast where colour stays restrained. Rope laces thread through D-rings, while miniature metallic Swooshes stand out against the darker side panels. The branding follows the same measured approach: a black Carhartt flag label sits at the outer side, complemented by an embossed C logo on the leather heel patch. These smaller touches reward a closer look while leaving the materials and shape to carry the design.

That shape has history behind it. The Goadome arrived in 2000, combining a boot silhouette with visible Air cushioning. Carhartt WIP’s interpretation builds naturally on those origins, using contrasting surfaces and reinforced-looking panels to emphasise its utilitarian appearance. The low collar gives it a different profile from the taller original, but the substantial sole preserves its visual weight. In “Twilight Marsh”, the olive-and-black combination makes those layers readable without relying on bright accents.
