Nike Dunk Low Premium "Halloween" (2021)

This upcoming Nike Dunk Low Premium “Halloween” was first thought to be the Nike Dunk Low “Starfish”. The expected Black/Orange makeover turned out to be a completely different colourway. But we’re not complaining. Because this shoe looks packed up to glow on feet during the spooky season!

We all know how Nike gets creative when it comes to annual celebrations and festivities. And the Halloween-themed creps are no exception. For this year, two Nike Dunk Low Premiums are set to release in October. It’s arguably the most hyped Nike Halloween sneaker in 2021. Another notable Nike model with a confirmed Halloween theme is the AF1 Low. Which will continue the skeleton foot graphic print that began in 2018.

The Nike Dunk Low, as we all know it, suddenly had a resurgence in popularity within the past three years. Collabs with mainstream brands and personalities such as Off-White and Travis Scott brought the hype level to peak ratings. But it first had a humble history before becoming the mainstream sneaker that it is today.

Introduced in 1985, the Nike Dunk is a basketball sneaker that made waves in the collegiate hoops scene. The “Be True To Your School” campaign brought out Nike Dunks in Nike-sponsored school colour schemes.

The shoe is made with leather and a thick rubber sole for consistent traction.

This upcoming Nike Dunk Low PRM “Halloween” (2021) features a white leather upper as the base and black overlays. The black leather panels flaunt spooky eyes that are barely visible under bright lights. The scary eyes eventually pop out on dim areas because of its green glow-in-the-dark effect. Orange tinctures adorn the Swoosh, tongue, and inner lining.

Going along with the rest of the glow-in-the-dark concept is the outsole. Which appears in a Sail-like pigment.
