Nike never stops finding a way to bring a new Air Max 90 colourway that’s delightful to the eyes. And this Nike Air Max 90 NRG “Ridgerock” rendition is definitely going to catch a lot of attention with its loud and popping hues.

The Nike Air Max 90 has been around for so long, you’d think that Nike would eventually end up running out of ideas. Clearly, that isn’t the case as the brand continues to capture people’s varying tastes when it comes to trainers.

The Nike Air Max 90 came out in 1990 with a different name, the Air Max III. Nike eventually renamed the shoe as Air Max 90 based on the year of its release. Tinker Hatfield’s legendary runner revolutionized the way we see running trainers. All because of the foam midsole plus encased heel Air Max unit combination. With Nike’s Air Max technology, the AM90 signaled a new era for running shoes. The popular Air Max technology became the trend for Nike and the rest of the running community during that decade.

Decades later, the iconic Nike Air Max 90 continues to be one of the best-selling silhouettes in Nike’s lifestyle selections.

Part of Nike’s special NRG (energy) label, the new Nike Air Max 90 colourway flourishes with various upper materials.

Sporting breathable mesh in Turbo Green, the rest of the body is reinforced with buttery suede overlays in Brown and Burgundy. On the heel, a yellow corduroy heel panel showcases a fuzzy effect that can hide and reveal the Nike Air label.  Ballistic mesh makes up the tongue while the tiny Swoosh flaunts leather.

The Sail White midsole and yellowish TPU cassette bring forth an even livelier vibe.

A semi-translucent outsole featuring Black, Yellow, and Burgundy completes the premium rendition of the running classic
