Even though autumn has literally only just begun, we’re already starting to take a look at some of the hottest SB Dunks of 2024. And without a doubt, it looks like we’re in for a real treat with this one.
After collaborating with the late and great Virgil Abloh back in 2019 for two Dunks that never publicly released, it looks like Futura, also known as Futura 2000, will be working on his own pair next year with the Futura x Nike SB Dunk Low – and here’s everything that we know so far.
The legendary graffiti artist’s take on the SB Dunk Low features a grey mesh base that’s overlaid by canvas panels that showcase his greatest works. A dark teal leather Nike Swoosh glides through the lateral and medial sides, and Futura’s iconic signature is scrawled across the fat tongue and heel. The coveted collab is then finished off a white midsole that’s accented by blue stitching and positioned on top of a clear, icy outsole.
Futura has taken to Instagram to confirmed that the Futura x Nike SB Dunk Low will, indeed, be a general release, but not much else is known about it. Make sure you keep it locked at Captain Creps for everything that you need to know.
