After checking out the Air Jordan 4 “Paris Olympics” last week, it looks like Nike‘s got even more 2024 Olympics-themed sneakers up its sleeve. Joining the ranks of the “Escargot” and the “Safari,” the Nike SB Dunk Low “Trocadéro Gardens” is the latest colourway to celebrate the French capital’s rich culture and architecture. If you’re feeling these, make sure you read on to find out everything that you need to know.
As you may have already guessed, the “Trocadéro Gardens” draws inspiration from the iconic Jardins du Trocadéro. Boasting an all-suede construction that feels smooth and supple to the touch, the base is painted in a light orange colourway, and it’s overlaid by cream and pink panels throughout.
A leather Swoosh elegantly glides across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and this is outlined with an olive shade. This unique hue extends towards the heel badge, and while it has yet to be confirmed, it looks like this pair will come with a tear-away feature, revealing a hidden print underneath. All of this then rests on top of a Zoom Air midsole, and the tongue tag and outsole are both finished off with a marble effect that perfectly reflects the aesthetic of the world-famous gardens.
While you’d expect the Nike SB Dunk Low “Trocadéro Gardens” to release in summer to coincide with the Olympics, according to our sources, it’ll actually drop in autumn instead. Better late than never though, right? Let us know if you’ll be copping, and be sure to keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to secure your size!
