Desert Camouflage patterns adorn this new special edition Air Max 90 colourway. The Nike Air Max 90 “Desert Camo” joins other Nike silhouettes in the upcoming “Desert Camo” pack. Silhouettes such as the Nike Dunk High and Air Max Pre-Day both appear in the same Desert Camo theme. While not particularly new, this edition rocks a different pattern than previous “Camo” renditions from Nike.
Nike seems to be enjoying dropping a number of collections in late 2022, so expect a number of high heat releases at the back end of the year. The “Washed Denim” collection showcases kids’ and women’s pairs across Nike and Air Jordan models. This “Desert Camo” pack looks like a men’s exclusive release.
With an expected Autumn 2022 release date, let’s check out the official photos of this new high heat AM90.
The sneaker features a canvas base throughout the upper. Pigments of Brown, Ivory, and shades of Black make up the Desert Camo pattern. Swooshes on the sides and the Air Max label make their subtle appearances by “hiding” among the camouflage theme. The camouflage print on this pair is a common pattern found on U.S Military Desert Battle Dress Uniform (DBDU).
Classic Nike Air Max labels adorn the tongue, sockliner, and heel panel.
The midsole comes in White and houses the visible Air Max unit with Ivory-toned pillars.
A milky White semi-translucent outsole completes the design of the shoe and stands out among the Desert Camo treatment.
Nike has not announced any official release details regarding the Nike Air Max 90 “Desert Camo”. But expect pairs to arrive soon as we enter the new season. You can also anticipate the rest of the Desert Camo silhouettes soon.
