Air Zoom Vomero 17

The Nike Air Zoom Vomero 17, designed for both short and long-distance runners, introduces significant enhancements in comfort, stability, and responsiveness. A key update in this model is the complete revamp of its midsole. Departing from previous designs, Nike has replaced the forefoot Zoom Air unit with a layer of ZoomX foam atop the midsole. This foam, renowned as Nike Running’s lightest and most energy-returning material, delivers a plush yet responsive underfoot feel.

The upper of the Vomero 17 has been redesigned to boost comfort and improve air circulation. The updated, lighter and more breathable engineered mesh upper enhances the overall running experience. Comfort is further amplified by a cushioned insole, a soft collar, and a padded tongue, ensuring a snug and comfortable fit. Additionally, the shoe is equipped with soft, flexible laces for a secure fit.

A standout feature of the Vomero 17 is its neutral support, offering stability whether the runner strikes with their heel or forefoot. This balanced support system, combined with strategic cushioning, facilitates a smooth heel-to-toe transition, in line with the runner’s natural gait.
