Coming Soon: Nike Air VaporMax Plus “Miami Nights”

The beloved hybrid VaporMax, the VaporMax Plus, continues to arrive in brand-new styles. First debuted in 2018, the shoe offered more support and durability than usual Flyknit VaporMax models. In 2023, the popular Nike Air VaporMax Plus returns with even more colourways. The Nike Air VaporMax Plus “Miami Nights” boasts South Beach vibes in teal and pink. This is a signature colour scheme as a nod to the city’s vibrant nightlife and awesome beaches. Gradient details on the upper is a staple feature on the Tuned 1 and it’s nice to see this feature on this silhoette.

The Nike Air VaporMax Plus “Miami Nights” features a pink neoprene base with teal gradient accents on the upper layers. Pink Nike Swoosh logos adorn the rear. A black TPU lace cage locks the foot down, while the contoured layers on the forefoot and heel mimic the OG Air Max Plus aesthetics.

The plastic toe cap adds more protection on the front. Metallic silver placements on the midfoot and the tongue reinforce the lightweight materials.

Yellow Vm Air branding on the heel puts a twist on the classic TN logos.

The black Air Sole unit with rubber nubs makes the Air unit opaque.

While VaporMax Plus releases have been limited in recent years, it’s refreshing to see Nike keeping this style relevant through bold colourways like the above.
