Everything We Know So Far About the VERDY x Nike SB Dunk Low “VISTY”

Earlier this season, Japanese artist VERDY took to Instagram to tease the upcoming VERDY x Nike SB Dunk Low “VISTY.” Inspired by a character that he created in 2021 – who later reappeared in a collaboration with Kid Cudi – while not much is known about this sneaker at the moment, one thing is for certain: it’s going to be one of the hottest drops of the entire year.

While furry Dunks are certainly not a new concept (we’re thinking of the Grateful Deads from 2020), VERDY’s version takes the experimental aesthetic to another level. Working on top of a plush light green base, it’s overlaid by baby blue corduroy panels across the ankle, lacing system, and toe area. A pastel pink leather Swoosh glides through the lateral and medial sidewalls, and this sweet shade can also be found around the collar region, as well as the “VERDY”-branded tongue tag.

Vivid yellow laces tie everything together, and a complementary hue hits the midsole down below, which is infused with Nike‘s critically-acclaimed Zoom Air technology for additional comfort and cushioning with every step. This limited edition trainer will also feature custom insoles, and more exclusive pairs will come packed in a special box that’ll be almost as collectible as the actual shoes themselves.
