First Look at the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Game Royal”

Back in 1985, Michael Jordan unleashed a high-top version of the legendary “Game Royal.” And on the cusp of his brand’s 40th anniversary, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Game Royal” has been revealed. But while it features the same colourblocking and design that made the original so great, it’s now been cut down into a low-top design that’s more versatile than ever before.

Featuring a premium all-leather construction, this Air Jordan 1 Low works on top of a crisp white leather base and is overlaid by “Game Royal” blues throughout. A slick black Swoosh glides across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and all of this is packed in a low-cut design that’s perfect for everyday wear.

With that said, while this is definitely more of a lifestyle sneaker compared to the OG, it’s still a formidable basketball shoe. You’ll find perforations across the toebox for ventilation, and the “Sail” midsole is still infused with Nike‘s critically-acclaimed Air tech for unparalleled comfort and cushioning. All of this is then finished off with the iconic winged basketball emblem, that’s stitched around the heels.

With its thoughtful combination of materials and colours, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Game Royal” offers a fresh yet familiar take on a beloved colourway. Set to drop on November 30th, let us know if you’ll be going for these, and be sure to keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to secure your size!
