First Look at the Nike Air Max 1 Safari “Summit White” FB5059-100

More awesome news for Air Max fans: we have another Safari rendition of the Nike Air Max 1! Some may say Nike overused this print, but we’re not one of those people! The Nike Air Max 1 Safari “Summit White” headlines as the cleanest Safari makeover to date.

At the time of posting we have no official information regarding the release of this colourway, but we can expect more details soon. With official shots of this shoe, we’re most likely looking at a release before the end of Q1.

It’s also important to note that the last Air Max 1 safari ‘Cobblestone’ came in women’s sizing only, so anyone over a 9.5 may miss out on this upcoming drop if it follows suit and remains a women’s excusive. Either way, we’re already excited!

Going all in on being premium, the shoe features a Summit White leather construction. Grey Safari graphic prints headline the overall aesthetic of the shoe and cover the mudguard and Swoosh logos.

Subtle Nike Air labels adorn the tongue, heel, and sockliner. This gives the colourway a minimalist approach and allows the Safari themes to stand out.

Soft pastel Blue tones can be seen on the plastic top lace loop and waffle outsole. Black dominates the forefoot and rear area of the waffle sole.

Knowing Nike, this pair will arrive sooner rather than later. It’s also possible that this is going to be part of the Air Max Day 2023 celebration. Speaking of 2023, don’t forget that the OG Air Max 1 Big Bubble will return for the first time!
