One of the best things about the Nike Dunk Low is that it can literally be inspired by absolutely anything. And for its next release, its paying homage to “Biker Tattoos.” Bringing a sense of rebellion to the old school basketball shoe, this colourway is stuffed full of cool details throughout.
Boasting a full leather construction that’s soft and smooth to the touch, this trainer works on top of a slick “Black” base and is overlaid by “Gym Red” panels. A crisp “White” Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and the midsole is also dipped in black to tie the colourway together. So far, so good, right?
Well, as soon as you take a closer look you’ll immediately spot a bunch of changes that you won’t find on any other Dunk. The toebox, for example, has been replaced with an intricate spider-web pattern, and the heel fades from “University Gold” to “Atomic Teal” as a nod to ink bleeding. The inside of the tongues are decorated with two edgy tattoo designs, and this theme extends towards the insoles as well, which are both covered with a mighty eagle.
At this moment in time, not much else is known about the Nike Dunk Low “Biker Tattoos.” Expected to drop sometime within the coming weeks, make sure you keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to secure your size!
