Get Up Close With the A Ma Maniére x Nike Air Max 95 “Hand Wash Cold”

Even though we’re not even three full months into the year, the A Ma Maniére x Nike Air Max 95 “Hand Wash Cold” might just be one of the greatest sneakers of 2025. Revealed yesterday as part of the Atlanta-based boutique’s “For The Love” collection, we’re now getting our closest look yet.

For those who don’t remember, the “Hand Wash Cold” line actually debuted all the way back in 2019 when AMM unleashed two pairs of Air Force 1s. Six years later, and the same legendary colour palette has now been applied to the Air Max 95. One of the first things you’ll notice about AMM’s new AM95 is just how premium it looks. The “layers” across the sidewalls are decked out in luxurious leather and suede, and these are all finished in different patterns and textures to make things even more interesting.

A mauve Nike Swoosh is embroidered around the lateral heel, and around the front of the mudguard, you’ll find “A Ma Maniére” written in a gold cursive font. Towards the medial heel, four washing up symbols nod to the trainer’s theme, and all of this rests on top of a chunky midsole. This is fitted with a series of smokey Air bubbles to keep things nice and understated.

Since this is a collaboration with James Whitner, you can expect a special edition shoebox. This comes packed with a slew of exclusive accessories like laces, a towel, and much more.

If you want the A Ma Maniére x Nike Air Max 95 “Hand Wash Cold” in you collection this season, listen up! Set to drop on March 29th exclusively via A Ma Maniére alongside an accompanying apparel collection, it’ll then get a much wider release a few weeks down the line. Expected to be a pretty hard cop, make sure you keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to secure your size.
