Supreme and Nike have been collaborating since 2002. Over the past couple of decades, the power duo have worked on countless sneakers together, and while most of these have been difficult to cop, others, like the upcoming Supreme x Nike Air Force 1, will be almost impossible.
Supreme’s Shanghai flagship is one of its newest spaces. When it opened its doors back in March, the New York City streetwear label celebrated it by revealing a leopard print box logo T-shirt that was produced exclusively for its first Chinese location. As if that wasn’t enough already, it’s now being followed up by a special Air Force 1 Low that’s been made just for this specific store.
From a distance, this AF1 looks just like another classic “Triple White” pair. But as soon as you take a closer look, you’ll immediately spot some big differences. Featuring a crisp leather construction, it’s accented with fiery red hues throughout. Spicy Swooshes hit the lateral and medial sidewalls, resulting in a bold pop of contrast, and complementary box logos hit the lateral heel.
Just like previous Supreme Forces, this pair comes with some special laces, and the tongue tag and sockliner are both decorated with co-branded detailing, ensuring that the collaboration is visible from every angle.
The Supreme x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Shanghai” is set to drop on May 18th exclusively at Supreme Shanghai. So if you want a pair in your collection, you should probably hit up your plug right now.
