Nigo x Levi’s x Nike Combine for a Triple Threat Collab on the Air Force 3

The Nike Air Force 3 is rarely in the spotlight until recently with Nigo, It’s latest return through a collaboration with Nigo and Levi’s is putting the archive silhouette firmly back on the map. The latest project brings together three giants. Nike, Levi’s, and of course Japanese streetwear pioneer Nigo is also in the mix. Resulting in a triple threat release that fuses denim, archival Air Force design, and a bit of cultural storytelling in there as well.

Two colourways headline the drop. The first pairs dark navy and brown denim across the upper, while the second leans into lighter tones with turquoise and ecru, offset by suede overlays. Both versions feature aged midsoles that give them a lived-in character, bridging vintage aesthetics with a modern rework. On the medial side, Levi’s tags mark the collaboration, while the tongues showcase Air Force branding paired with golden lace dubraes for a refined finish.

Inside, custom insoles steal the show. Each one carries an illustrated cowboy from classic Levi’s advertising, updated with Nigo’s touch as he holds a sign referencing the Air Force 3. This detail sits alongside co-branding that reads “Levi’s for Nigo,” ensuring the collaboration feels rooted in storytelling rather than surface-level design. The packaging continues that approach, with faux denim prints, manga-inspired touches, and co-branded graphics decorating the boxes.

Regional exclusives play a role here too. In Asia, trademark restrictions see the sneakers labelled as the “OGIN Force”, with reversed branding distinguishing them from global releases. While subtle, it’s a nod to how collaborations often shift slightly depending on markets, adding another layer of rarity for the collectors.

For a silhouette that has long been overlooked, the Nigo x Levi’s x Nike Air Force 3 makes a convincing case to get this style back into the mainstream. By bringing in Levi’s and blending denim with basketball heritage and Nigo’s unmistakable design ethos, this release feels less like it could be pretty huge when it drops in Q4 2025.
