First Look At The Nike Dunk Low “Black Panda” DJ6188-002

Just when we thought the hype has slowed down for the Nike Dunk, more high heat colourways start arriving. The Nike Dunk Low “Black Panda” utilises the basic Black and White colour scheme but stays away from the classic two-tone. This time Black dominates the majority of the upper.

Unlike the “Panda” which divides Black and White in a two-tone approach, this “Black Panda” gets covered in mostly dark colours. We could even say that this is basically the opposite colourway of another “White / Black” Dunk.

Let’s take a look at these official photos just recently surfaced while we wait for release details.

Ever since the Nike Dunk took the spotlight, it never left the minds of just about everyone. Sneakerheads, skaters, vintage hoops shoe collectors, and even non-sneakerheads all took their chances on copping at least one pair; and each probably has an inevitable L story of their own.

This new Nike Dunk Low “Black Panda” makes use of premium pebbled leather on the vamp, quarter, and heel portions. Black leather overlays also cover the rest of the overlays.

Hints of White appear on the leather Swoosh and the laces. Nike gave this shoe a stealthy blacked-out treatment by hiding the Nike labels on the tongue and heel panel.

The white rubber midsole and black rubber outsole finish off this clean and classic combo.

No release details have emerged as of yet. But of course, we’ll provide any information once we get the green light. All we know is that this is going to be another highly anticipated pair for those who missed out on the “Panda”.
