Coming off the back of the huge success of the Vomero 18, Nike’s Vomero Plus just upgraded what we loved about the predecessor. Packing a full-length ZoomX foam midsole—the same foam trusted in the brand’s fastest race-day shoes—but now tuned for the daily running trainer category.
It sits higher than the Vomero 18 and even the Invincible 3, giving it a super cushioned feel underfoot that feels like it could out perform even the most max-chushioned models from the likes of Hoka, ASICS and Brooks, without feeling super bulky.

The ride is smooth. Whether you’re hitting easy miles or just out for a long walk, the extra 4mm of ZoomX adds softness and bounce where it counts. The high-abrasion rubber outsole holds up over time and grips well on road and pavement.

Up top, the mesh upper keeps things breathable with a soft feel that wraps comfortably around the foot. Nothing stiff, nothing fussy—just lightweight, airy support, just what you’d expect from the Vomero line.

The Vomero Plus doesn’t overcomplicate things. It’s ultra cushioned (even more so the the 18), responsive, and easy to wear across a range of paces. Whether you’re a long term runner or just want a reliable recovery-day option, this one’s got the tech, the stack and the comfort to back it.
Available in Volt and Orange Pulse colourways on August 7th but expect more colourways to follow soon.
