Official Photos: Nike Dunk Low “Iridescent Royal Blue” FB1842-001

As we approach the closing months of 2022, Nike’s not done with the Dunk just yet! Back for more drops is the highly coveted Nike Dunk Low, appearing in yet another brand new colourway. The Nike Dunk Low “Iridescent Royal Blue” combines various material updates headlined by iridescent panels and multiple brand tags. Eye-catching hits of Royal Blue on the tongue, upper heel, and outsole make this shoe very unique.

Expectedly dropping later on in 2022, let’s check out these official detailed images of the shoe.

This colourway is unlike any regular Dunk Low to date. There are multiple tags on both the lateral and medial sides, plus a unique oval patch on the tongue. There are about three materials making up the upper of this shoe. Smooth leather comprises the toe and quarter panels with iridescent features, while pebbled leather makes up the overlays.

The subtle iridescent effect lets the Black and Blue dominate the body of this new Dunk Low rendition, with DC comic fans noting the similarities to iconic superhero Nightwing.

Royal Blue appears on the edges of the leather upper as well as the Swooshes. On the lateral side, a Black tag with a Blue Swoosh logo can be seen, while the medial section boasts multiple “Just Do It” labels on the tag.

The embroidered Nike labels on the heel area seem more protruded than usual based on these official photos.

The Black midsole and Royal Blue semi-translucent outsole finish off this impressive design.
