We’ll never get tired of a brand new Nike Air Force 1 Low coming our way. And this Nike Air Force 1 Low “Sail / Black” Reflective just proves our point!
Designed by Bruce Kilgore, the Nike Air Force 1 quickly became a popular choice among basketball players when it came out in 1982. The shoe is packed with tech inside and out. It was the first time that Nike implemented their patented Nike Air cushioning system on a basketball shoe. Nike Air helped athletes get insane comfort, cushioning, and responsiveness which is essential for sports like basketball.
With its on-court prowess and streetwear style, the Nike Air Force 1 transcended to Nike’s lifestyle catalogue; where it eventually became the brand’s highest-selling sneaker for multiple years.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low appears to be the most popular among the three versions of the silhouette. It got rid of the straps, making the Swoosh and the streamlined construction stand out even more.
The PU midsole features an “AIR” label right on the rear area. That’s because a 3/4 length Nike Air unit lies within the sole for cushioning and comfort.
Finishing the design of the Nike Air Force 1 is the rubber outsole featuring multiple concentric traction patterns with stars on the forefoot and heel sections.
As we approach the end of 2021, here comes another Nike Air Force 1 Low. This rendition combines a leather base body and a breathable ballistic mesh on the quarter panel. The rip-stop mesh makes up the tongue. The entire upper’s comprised of Sail White or Light Bone, while Laser Orange accents hit the Nike labels.
Reflective materials don the quarter panel, laces, and heel panel.
Completing this new Nike Air Force 1 Low “Sail / Black” colourway is the black rubber outsole.
