Never go unnoticed with this new Air Jordan 1 High colourway! This special-edition colourway goes for a vibrant colour that can be recognised at any time of the day. This Air Jordan 1 High Retro “Visionaire” boasts vintage hits on the upper headlined by Volt cracked leather overlays. A special box similar to the “Rebellionaire” sticks to the Volt and Sail White theme of the shoe. One of the brightest colourways of the Air Jordan 1 in 2022 so far.

While everyone waits for the Air Jordan 1 High Retro “Chicago Reimagined”, we have a bunch of J1s in between. One of the new colourways is the Volt-based pair dubbed the “Visionaire”. The “vision” does look as bright as this colourway with all of the upcoming Air Jordan releases in 2022.

Originally released in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 revolutionised the way we view sneakers. First intended for basketball, the J1 transitioned beyond basketball and unto various cultures. Streetwear and skate cultures gave the Air Jordan 1 a new lease on life when newer hoops shoes arrived.

Leather comprises the upper of the Air Jordan 1. Nike Swooshes on the sides and Jordan Wings on the collar add that premium feel. The Nike Air label on the nylon tongue keeps the theme consistent.

This Air Jordan 1 High Retro “Visionaire” goes for a vintage yet modern aesthetic because of its Sail White and Volt combination. Sail White makes up the base of the shoe. Cracked leather accents comprise the Volt overlays as well as the Black details. A yellowish tongue stays true to the vintage theme of the shoe; as well as the rubber cupsole.

The Black outsole finishes things off in this fresh new rendition.

Completing this special edition Air Jordan 1 High is the packaging box. It features a Sail White and Volt combo with graffiti-like patterns similar to the “Rebellionaire”. While this may have divided opinions because of the Volt, it’s still one of the unique J1 releases this year thanks to the special box and cracked leather panels.
